HENRY FAYOL

Hi everyone! Today I´m going to talk about my favorite expert about public administration. This person is Henry Fayol. First, I going to write about his biography. Henry was born on July 29, 1841, in Constantinopla, actually Estambul. He studied in Lycée Lyon and after in an Ecole Nationale des Mines in Saint Etienne, France. He was one of the most important contributors of public administration process to became one of the administration father. But, Why we said that? Well, Henry made an administrative model, with three means focus, such as job division, application of an administrative process and formulation of technical criteria to guide the administrative function.

About the second point, Henry established levels to define the administrative process: fulfill, organize, direct, coordinate and to control. I draft to Henry because his studies helped to consolidate the administration as a discipline and his points continue to use in new administrative theories. Moreover, this person has great importance to me, because I have to be studied his theory In my first university year.
