POST-GRADUATE STUDIES

Hello everyone! Today I´m going to talk about a postgraduate course that I consider taking in the future. I think that right now it´s very difficult to choose a graduate since my interests may change in a few years, but if I had to choose one now it would be one that had to do with public management that would allow me to assume responsibilities of top public management.

This magister focuses on the formation of leaders for the management of the public sector. I think it's very important to understand how the state apparatus is managed and make it more efficient. I wish I could do it abroad because it gives some advantage when looking for a job but if it’s not possible it’s a good option to do it in Chile because many universities teach this type of program.

I would like the graduate course to be part-time because I want to work and study at the same time. Also, I am interested in the area of public policies and how they are implemented. I´m interested in public policies related to immigration, I think it´s very important to make visible the problems that foreigners are having in our country and to solve it.

Finally, studying a graduate degree is essential to continue complementing your knowledge about an area.
